Candidates should have a strong background in qualitative methods and a track record in client development with existing and new clients. Business development/sales ability is key. You will have a working knowledge of a wide array of traditional and innovative qualitative techniques as well as hands-on-experience. Ability to function independently - moderate and deliver results. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and will have strong qualitative (and some quantitative) experience. Questionnaire design, moderating, report writing and problem solving skills along with experience across various industries targeting B2B and consumer audiences. This person is a team player, able to function in an extremely dynamic environment. Motivation and personality are key components of our assessment.
