Mario Enriquez, Director of Stephen-Bradford’s Diversity Practice, comes to us from the digital tech sector of Google and Twitter. He brings many years of strong qualitative and quantitative marketing, sales and recruiting experience in the multicultural sector. While at Google, he held two concurrent roles, the first involved the strategy and development of sales materials targeted to the LGBTQ segment within Google’s sales teams and their respective clients (clients included: Goldman Sachs, UPS, Delta, Grindr, and the Human Rights Coalition); the second role involved designing and leading a candidate recruitment program that facilitated Google’s extensive, nationwide interview process, in addition to being responsible for hiring culturally competent and diverse individuals.
His combined sales and recruiting experience provide him with the unique ability to gauge the true needs of the client from multiple perspectives as well as to understand the diverse talent that is needed to fill critical management roles.
Some of Mario’s successes include: re-aligning a client’s brand image to the LGBT segment, creating community outreach programs in small rural areas, advising startups through content guidelines and helping the client navigate through the search, digital, and mobile realms within their respective budgets.
Mario holds an MBA and Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business.
