POSITION OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidate is charged with the overall development and execution of strategic and creative marketing programs across all clients. The ideal candidate will be able to excel in an entrepreneurial environment and be self-disciplined in driving projects and bottom line results. S(he) is an ambitious leader who sees him/herself joining a leading events agency to grow its business positioning the company amongst the top 5 companies in the world. S(he) will have experience in meetings, events, and training for both B2B and B2C. S(he) will be a business developer - player coach, and help build company revenue.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead existing team and attracting and hiring top level professional to join the team to evolve into Development and execution of strategic marketing plans that specialize in events/consumer interactive for all clients
- Sales and business development player coach.
- Day-to-day management of programs
- Think in terms of 360 degree marketing using traditional and non-traditional ways of communicating
- Conceive of ideas and then activate, follow through all the way down the chain
- Build relationships with all internal levels and areas of the client
- P & L responsibilities
