This leadership marketing role is with a major hair salon and spa enterprise that is privately owned.  Operating nearly 1,000 salons in 16 states, with more than 12,000 stylists, reporting to the President, managing a team of 17 with 4 direct reports. Based in the Washington D.C./Bethesda/ N. VA area. The environment is highly entrepreneurial and fast paced.

The ideal candidate: He/She will thrive in an environment where creativity and innovation are at the forefront. This individual will be comfortable and confident in pushing beyond a traditional approach with a 360⁰ marketing perspective including digital marketing, CRM, new media and social networking; a track record of positioning brands and/or services to capitalize upon the consumer experience.
